In the real world, accidents happen. Whether the accident occurs on public roads, fell over in a parking lot, theft recovery, or any other possible cause, you deserve to have your motorcycle repaired to pre-loss condition. Cascade Tracktime works with YOU to get the bike back the way YOU want it. Some places just want to “total the bike” out and sell you a new one. But what about the expensive aftermarket items you had? At you franchise dealer, your upgraded items may not be properly considered in the repair estimate. As the owner, you have the right to have your motorcycle repaired. If a dealer tells you that your bike is totaled, bring it to Cascade Tracktime for an honest assessment of the damage and estimate for repair. In some cases we may even be able to COVER YOUR DEDUCTIBLE* (see shop for details). Our shop rate is $85/hour and just $68/hour for MotoClub members. If you are in an accident or need an insurance repair estimate, here’s how it works:

1. Contact your insurance company to start a claim, we will need the following information:

   a. Insurance Company Name

   b. Policy Number

   c. Claim Number

   d. Phone and Fax number to process the claim

2. If you are having the motorcycle towed and if it is during our business hours, have the tow company bring it to Cascade Tracktime. If after hours, have the motorcycle towed to your house.

3. If the motorcycle is ride-able, ride or have the motorcycle ridden to our shop. If you would rather have the motorcycle picked up, contact us to schedule a pick-up time.

4. Once we have the motorcycle, we will work directly with the insurance company on your behalf.

5. The claim amount is then agreed between You and the Insurance Co.).

6. The repair choices are up to you. Upgrade to aftermarket parts, change the scope of the project, return EXACTLY to pre-loss condition, return to original equipment condition, etc. The choice is up to you.
